Was going to be in the area where you escort King David. Its turn-wasting attack was quite esoteric in that he is "moving forward" towards you (Australian political reference. If you don't live in Australia, you will not see the humour in that at all) but in the end was cut, because I felt it was too corny even for this game.
Name: Vuvuzilla
BR was early in development during the South Africa World Cup. When Vuvuzilla attacks, the sound of a Vuvuzela chorus plays, while your entire party takes many damaging blows. Cut because there is legal uncertainty over patents and trademarks regarding the Vuvuzela.
Name: Very Lewd Cone
A traffic cone is the icon of the VLC Media Player, but at the last minute I decided to replace it with Pitch Fork in the first area.

The Prime Minister was a tough one... It would have been more obvious if it had a knife sticking out of its back :D
